The land was acquired as part of a nationally recognized landscape protection project through the partnership of state, county, and private agencies. It is renowned for its cliffs and rock outcrops that provide a spectacular view of the lower Susquehanna Valley. Visitors can access miles of trails from the area. It is a wonderful place to explore solo or picnic with loved ones, soaking in the expansive views of the area.
